This internet service “app” ( software / mobile application ) use agreement (the "agreement") is between you ( the user ) and the app / us / YNK app. Your use of the company internet website and mobile app(s) or any other products, services or domains or subsidiaries are subjected to the following terms and conditions of use that we call them “Terms”.

You agree to read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using YNK app or any other services or products associated and offered by YNK. “Downloading or using YNK signifies your unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions of this agreement”. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, do not access or otherwise use the app “YNK” or its website, blog or any other products and subsidiaries or services offered by YNK™.

The company / app “ YNK “ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, from time to time to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. notification of changes in the agreement will be posted on the website.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our app / services. Our terms have been provided and approved by legal documents providers. Please read the terms in full before you use YNK.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use YNK app, website, services or products offered by YNK, by downloading or using YNK app, implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

Who can use the services

If you are under 12 years old you are not allowed to use this service. No one under 12 is allowed to create an account with YNK, the app or use its services. So please read all terms carefully. Services are provided and offered to 12 years olds and above. ( Age requirements )

You are not a person who is barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. The Services are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 12. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 12 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 12, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

Abuse

YNK is a teen-focused, positive social messaging and group communication service / network / app created specially for high school and college students. We encourage positive social networking. Treat people and other users nicely. You are not allowed to use (something / anything / contents / words / offensive words or action ) to bad effect or for a bad purpose, Inappropriate and offensive contents and behaviors are not suitable nor acceptable for this network. You agree to respect the terms and respect “everyone” , “all other users” in this app / network while using YNK products and services ).

You have agreed not to use bad behavior including illegal contents and behaviors, you agree not to commit any harassing or bullying behaviors towards others “Other users” . Any illegal behavior / posts / contents , including drugs, adults, terrorism, and sexually related contents or behavior are not allowed and therefore prohibited, and it can lead to account suspension. Contents can be reported or flagged as inappropriate, and will be immediately and in some cases automatically removed and will cause the account suspension.

Safety and mobile

YNK is a free app to download, however we do charge our users for some of the services we provide through IAP ( In-App Purchases ) and services being provided to you are usable via your mobile device or browser that may require data from your side, ( e.g internet charges ) and your data service provider may charge you for the usage and device processing from your side. YNK in not responsible for any charges prior to the use of data from your side.

In addition, while using the YNK app, you are responsible for the safe handling of the application while in use, online or offline: e.g. while working, while driving, while operating - or in any other nature etc.

YNK is a communication and crush polling app, it allows users to create and submit crush poll, use private and ( crew ) group messaging services to everyone inside a friends crew which is available for students or schoolmates from the same crew, as part of the social chat app requirements, we allow exchanges of messages, text, SMS, media attachment files such as images, photos, selfies, video, real-time notifications and voice messages.

If for any reason you ( the user ) cause issues with other users that lead to arguments / fights / legal cases or other types of contacts, users ( You / other users /others ) are responsible to deal with these cases on their own matter. YNK are not at all responsible for your personal arguments regardless if the argument started in YNK app or elsewhere. You ( the user ) are responsible for the content you share and or send to others, ( users ). Be cautious.

Crew

You may crew up by grade level, please make sure you keep your crew invite code secure and store it safely. Do not publicly share your crew code to keep your crew secured.

Be Careful what you share with others or in a group or crew and be cautious of what you send to others in your network, because you are responsible for your actions and behaviors. You are not allowed to make someone feel ashamed and foolish by injuring their dignity and pride. If you do, you are fully responsible for this and its outcome, YNK do not accept any responsibilities towards any inappropriate behavior, use it at your own risk.

Crush Poll

You create your own crush poll,you add your own poll answers, you are in full control, be nice to yourself, you are responsible for the poll result, because you have created your own poll sessions.

– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Our rights

We grant you to use YNK as a service. We expect all users to respect all terms and respect all our rights. You are not allowed to exploit the service in any way or form. You are not allowed to attempt to hack the service, not allowed to damage the service in any way, you are not allowed to access unauthorized data. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. ( YNK App, Websites and all other electronic channels ).

No warranty is granted by YNK

No warranty is granted by YNK whatsoever. Your access to and use of the Services or any Content are at your own risk. ( use on your own risk and your own benefit ) You understand and agree that the services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You cannot hold YNK, their employees, shareholders, affiliates or others related to the YNK liable for any damages or lost data. You cannot claim any damages whatsoever.

No Guarantee

This is an internet and mobile based service, despite our effort to keep services live and constantly and continually up and running, service disruptions and disconnection might happen during servies been provided to you. We do not accept responsibility for any interruptions or disconnectivity.

Legal terms jurisdiction

YNK™ is headquartered in the United States and therefore all the subject matter jurisdiction and all legal matters will be handled in the United states in this area of the jurisdictions.
